This set includes a 38cm bypass lopper with carbon steel 3.5mm heat treated blades with black coating & tubular steel handles with PVC dipping grips for comfort, plus a 20cm pruner with carbon steel blades, aluminium grip with PVC matt finish & it is spring loaded with locking clip making it ideal for cutting closer to the stem.
